I wish to continue my life journey of teaching and advocating the importance of a plant-based / natural wholesome foods lifestyle combine with physical activity and passionate living words to optimist individuals of all ages...Believing in the words I speak and the teaching of balance of one's whole being.

 You don't have to diet to improve your health, beauty, or weight. You just have to improve the quality of your food choices, pleasure activity to your every day life, the gift of giving, loving and add strength and gentle moving exercise.

Our planet and our population needs us to think more carefully about our food choices such as eating organic, whole foods, locally grown , and perparing it with loving pleasure.  I encourage people to eat this way as much as they can.  The best way to be healthy is to completely cut out processed and chemically treated foods.

To embrace natural, holistic wholesome foods is to be awakening to a lifestyle of continuous beauty. It is not consider a fad diet, but an everlasting taste of perfection and acceptance of pureness into your life. When you live with every day thoughts of passion in the way you view others, your food choices, exercising your body, heart and mind which enable you to breathe purity each and every day of your given life, you will then give to yourself the act of compassion in every thing that you touch.

Vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, carbohydrates, fats, water and fiber are all essential components of a healthy diet. Every one of these can be found in raw - living, plant-based foods. Choosing mainly unprocessed, unaltered Natural Whole Locally Grown/Organic Foods which also consist at least 75% natural stage Plant-Based, you in turn are receiving the highest nutrients, vitamins and minerals in its purist form.

Raw, Living food's origin was rooted in recognizing the value of simple foods and it's potential to clean cells.  There was never a rule that one must eat "100 % raw" to be accepted.  Today, with all the lables & rules of eating raw, has taken a gross misstep away from those oringinal, pure tenets by focusing on dense food that is difficult to digest like nuts and raw grains which is even harder for your body to digest, as well as way too much fat in the form of coconut butter, oils, and sugars.  Unfortunately, this generation who take on a raw diet has become another fad approach to eating that misses the mark.  Raw juices, fresh fruits, and abundance of vegetables from land and sea are the true healers, but there is still plenty of room for high-quality, well-combined cooked food for your optimal health!

The key ingredients is knowing how to combine variety of these foods to get the maximum absorbent health benefit.  While I do believe that eating a predominantly raw foods diet is great, I also believe that one should include certain natural, organic cooked foods (cooked correctly) into their diet as well. 

Studies have shown that raw plant foods have healing powers that can alleviate many illnesses such as low energy, allergies, digestive disorders, week immune  system, high cholestrol, candida, obesity and weight problems (weight normalization), etc.. Research and real life experiences have also shown that a person can prevent the body's healthy cells from turning into maligant cancerous cells by consuming mostly raw living food diet that includes natural whole organic foods! 

There are some basics that apply to all individuals who wish to follow a holistic nutritional plan. They include the following:

  • Eat whole foods in their natural state as much as possible.
  • All food should be organic as much as possible.
  • Avoid junk food and processed food.
  • No food with additives and preservatives.
  • Drink adequate amounts of pure water. Filtered and free of chlorine and other contaminants.
  • Avoid microwaves as much as possible.
  • No genetically engineered food.

Eating and staying healthy can  be a challenge if you don't know what foods to eat to help you be healthy and taking charged of your life. My guidance is purely a passion of the heart in which sharing is part of loving whole!

Let Go of Anger and resentment for Wellness. People who are chronically angry often fail to realize that their inner guidance, their heart is telling them to come back to themselves.

Fearful emotions can poison your health and strip you of your inner beauty and outer glow. Your inner wisdom is pleading with you, you need rest, you need time to be alone and time to be with those you love and who love you and distant those that rob you of bursting energy.

You need to have fun, to dance in the sun, take walks and view the magical hawaiian sunsets or stand in the mist of our island rain and taste the rain drops on your lips. Awaken yourself to the morning glow of early sunrise to smell the first scent of the blossoming pua.

No matter where you live...see beauty in everything. Bring yourself back to who you are and embrace the gift of giving with no expectation of returns. Remember that it takes more robbing energy of oneself to be and to stay in angry, resentment and disappointments than it is to be a happy go lucky!!! Live passionately and let your energy of Passionate Living touch others.
